New Year's Goals
It’s been awhile. Life is moving along. I’m much better but still have my moments. Maybe I’ll write a recap post. Or maybe I’ll just write when I feel like it about the present. I don’t know, we’ll see. But I did do my New Year’s Goals and here they are.
Allow myself to “just be” more often
Treat myself like I treat Ruby
Write in my Gratitude journal EVERY NIGHT (this is aggressive)
Work on my perspective - goes with above/really try to come from a place of gratitude and hope
Focus on my “strengths/what I have” and not my “weaknesses/what I don’t have”
Don’t play the comparison game to others - 1. Social Media is not reality and 2. Everyone’s path is different
Don’t look back
Say “Hi” to strangers more often - even when I’m tired, cranky, haven’t had coffee yet
Drink more water
Floss daily (again super aggressive)
Take my vitamins daily
BELIEVE
PS. I’m doing ok on some of these….but failing at others. It’s ok though, I’ll keep trying.
